On the morning of February 9th, Atal Behari Vajpayee Garden (Heritage Garden) saw batches of children arriving dressed in interesting costumes as the Fancy Dress Competition unfolded for the students of Buniyaad nurseries. The children had to depict foods from various cuisines through fancy dress.

Children adorned in delightful costumes depicting various culinary delights brought the theme to life. Participants of “Bliss on Plate” in addition to dressing up also spoke a few lines about the food they were depicting. The “Food Carnival” was just that – a parade of the kids dressed as various food items.

The teachers had very creatively brought out their ideas with parents and volunteers help. The judges were highly impressed with the kid's confidence and the creativity of the teachers .
